Dear Students, faculty members, and SPP Co-ordinators,
Sub: 49th series of Student Projects Programme - State-Level Annual Poster Presentation and Exhibition: 2025 - 2026 to be held on 17 - 18 July 2026 at Adichunchanagiri University - BGS Institute of Technology, BG Nagara - 571448, Nagamangala Taluk, Mandya District.
Thank you for participating in
the 49th series of the Student Projects Programme activities of KSCST.
In connection with this, KSCST is
organizing state level Annual Poster Presentation and Exhibition on
17 - 18 July
2026 at Adichunchanagiri University - BGS Institute of Technology, BG Nagara,
Nagamangala Taluk, Mandya District. The respective project batches are informed
to participate and exhibit their projects.
Please take note of the following information for the project batches participating in the State Level Poster Presentation and Exhibition:
Two students from the selected project batch are eligible to avail reimbursement of travel costs (sleeper class train fare / Non-AC Bus fare) from KSCST by submitting appropriate travel tickets and documents.
Reimbursement of travel cost will be done through NEFT transfer to their bank SB account.
Original travel ticket for the onward journey
Photocopy of the travel ticket for the return journey
Photocopy of a cancelled cheque leaf or front page of the bank passbook for the amount transfer.
Any luggage transportation charges related to project exhibits exceeding 30 Kgs will be reimbursed through online transfer with prior permission from KSCST. Kindly email knv@kscst.org.in or anjani@kscst.org.in. Ensure to submit the original luggage tax invoice / GST bill (through KSRTC / other public transport modes only). Note that payment for any other form of bills or transport claims will not be entertained.
