Dear Students and faculty members,

 

 

Sub: 45th series of Student Projects Programme - State Level Seminar and Exhibition: 2021 - 2022 to be held on
 12 - 13 August 2022 at Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi

 

We thank you very much for the co-operation and support extended to KSCST in organizing Student Project Programme activities.

After mid-term evaluation of projects held from 27th June 2022 to 10th July 2022, the experts have recommended best projects for State Level Seminar / Exhibition. The list of projects selected for Seminar / Exhibition is appended below. Kindly intimate the concerned Students and Project Guides for their participation in Seminar and Exhibition being held at Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi on 12th and 13th August 2022.

The Council will reimburse the actual travel cost (sleeper class train fare / Non-AC Bus fare) for one faculty member / Project Guide / SPP Co-ordinator and one Student from each project.

The Travel amount will be reimbursed by KSCST to the respective participating Student and Project guide (one student and one guide in a project) by KSCST through online transfer. Hence student participant and project guide are informed to bring the travel tickets - Onward journey original and return journey photocopy and a photocopy of cancelled cheque leaf or front page of bank passbook to which the amount will be transferred.

Any luggage (transportation charges of project exhibits if they are very heavy to carry, on their own in a Bus / train) related to your project exhibit will also be reimbursed through Online transfer with prior permission from KSCST. Please email to spp@kscst.org.in. For this Original luggage Tax Invoice / bill (through KSRTC / other public transport mode only) needs to be submitted.  Please note that payment for any other form of Bills will not be entertained.

For better co-ordination and arrangements at Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, confirm your participation on or before 4th August 2022, 5 PM by filling the Google Forms. Google Forms Link: https://forms.gle/8prGXhnsfYwShqyX8

The Following details are required for filling the Google Form.

- Project Proposal Reference No., College Name, Branch.

- Details of participating Student and Project Guide / SPP Co-ordinator

- Schedule of Travel etc., (i.e., date and time of arrival at Belagavi).

- Power, water, space and other requirements for the exhibits.

- Area required for displaying your project, charts and photographs.

- Area required for model exhibits.

- Any other specific requirement in connection with Seminar / Exhibition.

Kindly ensure that the exhibits are installed in the stalls allotted to you well in advance before 6.00 p.m. of 11th of August 2022 (if your exhibits requires time to install).
